Accessibility Statement

Spark Legacy is committed to making our website and platform accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe that estate planning and digital legacy tools should be usable by individuals and families with different needs, abilities, and technologies.

1. Our commitment

We aim to:

  • design and build our website using good practices for accessibility,

  • support navigation via keyboard and assistive technologies where reasonably possible,

  • use clear content structure, headings, and labels,

  • maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background,

  • keep interactive elements large enough and spaced appropriately for comfortable use.

2. Standards and approach

  • We strive to align with the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, as far as reasonably practical for our current stage of development.

  • We follow modern web practices around semantic HTML, responsive design, and support for screen readers where feasible.

Because Spark Legacy is a growing product, there may still be parts of the site or platform that are not fully accessible yet. We treat accessibility as an ongoing process and continue to make improvements over time.

3. Compatibility

Our aim is to provide a good experience on:

  • current versions of major desktop and mobile browsers, and

  • common assistive technologies where supported by those browsers.

Some older browsers or very outdated devices may not provide the best experience.

4. Known limitations

While we work to improve accessibility, you may encounter:

  • occasional issues with keyboard navigation for certain interactive elements,

  • areas where labels or instructions could be clearer for screen‑reader users,

  • third‑party components that do not fully meet the same accessibility standards.

We are actively iterating on our design system and components to address these issues over time.
