OUR MISSION
At Spark Legacy, we believe that protecting what matters most should never be left to chance. We exist to give Hong Kong families and the legal professionals who serve them the tools to plan ahead with confidence – and the peace of mind that their wishes will be honoured, even when the time comes.
Our Core Values
These principles guide how we design, build, and operate Spark Legacy and DDay for families, professionals, and partners in Hong Kong.
Uncompromising Security
We treat every legacy with institutional‑grade care, using tamper‑resistant, encrypted records and carefully designed workflows.
Family Continuity
We remove friction from estate planning so that, when the time comes, loved ones can follow a clear, structured process instead of facing confusion and conflict.
Professional Enablement
We don't replace legal expertise—we elevate it. DDay is built to work alongside solicitors, trustees, and advisors, giving them stronger tools to serve their clients.
The Problem We Solve
Traditional estate planning in Hong Kong is paper-based, fragmented, and vulnerable to fraud and loss. Families are left uncertain. Legal professionals lack the tools to serve them well.
Designed specifically for the Hong Kong legal and family context – bilingual, compliant, and sensitive to the cultural nuances that matter most.
Built For Hong Kong Body
Our Vision
A world where every family can protect their legacy with dignity – and every legal professional has the modern infrastructure to help them do it.
Backed By Cyberport
Spark Legacy is proud to be supported by Cyberport, Hong Kong’s premier digital tech hub – validating our approach and accelerating our path to market.
SPARK LEGACY & DDAY
Spark Legacy is the company behind DDay, our flagship digital estate planning platform. Spark Legacy focuses on research, legal collaboration, and long-term innovation in trusted digital infrastructure. DDay turns that work into a guided experience that helps families, lawyers, trustees, and advisors plan, verify, and protect estates in a structured, tamper-resistant way. We're starting in Hong Kong, where sophisticated families, complex asset portfolios, and an AI-driven digital landscape demand more than traditional paper workflows.
Supported by the Hong Kong Cyberport Incubation Programme, with founders bringing Draper University alumni experience.
Led by Founders Who Build, Operate, and Execute
Spark Legacy is led by three founders who have each spent years turning complex ideas into real-world products, services, and experiences. Between them, they bring deep experience leading technology projects, building and operating customer-facing ventures, and designing programs that make complex topics understandable. Together with Hong Kong-based legal and compliance advisors, they are focused on building a fraud-resistant, AI-aware estate-planning platform families and professionals can rely on.
